Fishback Financial Leverages Banking Business Intelligence Solution provided by SwiftKnowledge
Eden Prairie, MN (PRWEB) May 21, 2008 -- Fishback Financial has licensed the Banking Business Intelligence Solution from SwiftKnowledge, Inc and is reporting an astounding 90% of the solution being implemented without requiring any company-specific changes. This solution includes all back-end connectivity and infrastructure models built specifically to meet the high standards and unique data challenges facing companies in the banking industry.
According to Ryan Schiller, the Information Services Analytics Manager for Fishback Financial, a multi-bank holding company located in Brookings, South Dakota, the company was all set to start building their own internal solution when they heard about the Banking Business Intelligence Suite options provided by SwiftKnowledge and the flexibility of their customer service. He states, "We needed a solution that was more flexible, more stable and had the ability to grow with us. We also needed a solution that would meet the needs of a multi-bank holding company. Our data needs can get quite complex and convoluted. Until we sat down with SwiftKnowledge and reviewed their banking solutions, we thought we had to build everything ourselves."
Schiller goes on to state that "by utilizing the SwiftKnowledge models we saved ourselves close to a year in development and about half the out of pocket dollar cost that would have been incurred during that time. We were very pleased with the install process that took place with the Swiftknowledge staff onsite, and have continued to be pleased with the continued support of our installation."
The Banking Business Intelligence Solution provided by SwiftKnowledge was built specifically to help community bankers better manage a broad range of areas including: * Loan, deposit and securities information * FDIC/Peer data * Core banking transactional systems * Risk ratings, delinquencies and credit analysis * Portfolio mix and analysis In response to the unique needs as presented by Fishback Financial, Daniel Moloney, President of SwiftKnowledge said, "We are very committed to the community banker market and will work with each of our customers to match the right solution for their specific needs as they exist today and optimize their return on investment."
Allie Gentry, Chief Technology Officer of SwiftKnowledge expands on the SwiftKnowledge implementation methodologies used by stating, "Our agile methodology and architecture allows us to componentize and deliver quickly and effectively and allow our customers to expand their solution as they evolve over time."
