One Legal LLC - Electronic Court Filing Firm - Hires Jerry O'Connell as Vice President of Finance

In this position, he will oversee the company's financial operations, administration and human resources.
O'Connell brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, strategic planning and financial operations. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer and vice president of finance and administration for Aircraft Shopper Online, an Internet publisher of pre-owned aircraft in Corte Madera, Calif. During his tenure, Jerry directed all aspects of financial operations, corporate governance, human resources and internal systems development. Prior to that, he was vice president of finance and administration for International Training and Exchange, Inc. (Intrax) in San Francisco, Calif., a multi-unit educational travel and international exchange firm.
