Knightsbridge Announces Addition to Investment Team

Boston, MA and Bartlesville, OK (Vocus) June 11, 2007-- Knightsbridge Advisers, a leading early stage venture capital fund of funds, announced today the appointment of George Arnold as a Managing Principal. Arnold brings nine years experience as an investor in venture capital funds and direct investments. Most recently, he was at Citigroup Private Equity, where he led venture capital and growth equity fund investments.

Prior to Citigroup, Arnold was a design engineer and project manager with Anritsu/Wiltron based in Silicon Valley, and holds a patent in the area of metallic access subscriber line testing. He earned an MSEE from Stanford University and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He is a Swiss national. According to Joel Romines, founder of Knightsbridge, "George has had notable success in gaining and maintaining access to some of the leading early stage venture funds. He has been successful because of his technology background and his experience investing directly in private companies alongside VCs -- he speaks their language."

Arnold joins Knightsbridge as a senior member of the investment team, alongside Managing Principals Joel Romines and Barbara Piette. Piette, who joined Knightsbridge in 2006, was formerly a General Partner of Charles River Ventures and Schroder Ventures Life Sciences and invested successfully in health care, life science and technology companies. Piette notes, "The addition of George to the firm is positive from all perspectives. From our Limited Partners' point of view, George has strong investment experience with knowledge and access to the venture partnerships in which we are interested. From a VC's point of view, he shares Knightsbridge's long-term investment philosophy and focus on the top-tier, company building funds. From our point of view, he is great partner and complements our investment team."

Romines has nearly 25 years experience building relationships with top tier, early stage venture capital firms. He is also the prime architect of the firm's innovative, post-venture based venture enhancement strategies. "Knightsbridge has built its success on a few simple principles: we've stayed focused on early stage venture, remained consistently right-sized, and built strong relationships with top tier venture capitalists." said Romines. Arnold adds, "What attracted me to Knightsbridge is its relationships with leading U.S. early stage venture funds and its strong reputation as a disciplined venture fund of funds investor throughout its history."

Jon Sweemer, who stepped up to join Romines and Piette on Knightsbridge's committees for a one-year term, will return in August to his role as a member of the Boards of Directors and Advisory Councils of Knightsbridge's investment vehicles. Piette says, "It's been a great privilege to work closely with Jon. He is an experienced and thoughtful investor and we will continue to seek his counsel as an advisor to our funds."

Dallas Fort Worth Financial Advisor Pioneers Flat-Fee Investment Portfolio Management
Frisco Financial Planning LLC (FFP), a Dallas area financial planning and Registered Investment Advisor, has introduced an innovative investment portfolio management fee structure. The firm charges a "flat fee" for investment advice and execution to each of its investment management clients, independent of the size of the investment portfolio. The traditional financial services "asset-based fee" model has several flaws: the fee is too high, it is tied to portfolio size, it increases too fast, and the model has inherent conflicts of interest. Frisco Financial Planning's flat fee model overcomes the above flaws and provides an affordable and objective alternative in investment portfolio management.
